Help for misery from Hay Fever, Sinusitis and Asthma

AS THE HAY FEVER season approaches the agony of sneezing, headaches, wheezing, watery eyes, sinus pain and general stuffiness is just around the corner. We should be looking forward to the summer weather, but do you dread the thought of cut grass, the smell of flowers, fields of oil seed rape, help may be at hand!

Bowen is a natural non-invasive totally holistic therapy, which treats the whole body. The technique has regularly been shown to help clients with problems that have affected them for many years. It has a broad spectrum of application and is especially affective with hay fever, asthma, sinusitis for example the diaphragm is the key to breathing in and out, and it is dome shaped and flattens to pull air into the lungs and then relaxes to allow air to come out. When someone is wheezing it is often because the diaphragm is partially in spasm and not working efficiently due to the increased allergens, which cause inflammation in your nasal passages.

The sinuses become filled with mucus resulting in pressure and pain in our face and head. These symptoms can be address by Bowen and a treatment before the hay fever season approaches is recommended.
