THANKS to a generous deal offered by the Splash White Water rafting team, the 17th Perthshire Aberfeldy Scouts took to the water to celebrate the end of the school term.

Scout Leader Ian James reported that there was much fun and adventure during the two hour trip between Aberfeldy and Grandtully. The warm conditions were conducive to getting wet and some of the lads seem to spend as much time in the water as on the raft.
The rapids were negotiated with skill by the experienced raft guides determined to give the lads the best that the river could offer. Once safely back on the bus one scout described his experience simply as “brilliant!”
