At an evening event recently at Pitlochry High School, parents and pupils were treated to demonstrations and activities based around the theme of healthy living and eating.
The action-packed evening included a session of Street Jammin dancing by primary pupils, led by trainer Laura Stewart, who encouraged the many parents attending to join in.
After demonstrations by Primary 7 pupils of Heartstart procedures, and games in the gym, the evening concluded with Pitlochry’s own “Ready, Steady, Cook” where teams of parents, teachers, and pupils all competing against the clock to produce as many varied, healthy meal options as possible.
